At Filia, we want you to love every piece you purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns easy and stress-free.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging (including dust bags or boxes, if applicable)
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Accessories marked as “Final Sale”
4. How to Start a Return
Please email us at support@filia.design within the return period with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will reply with a Return Authorization and instructions.
5. Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please initiate a return first and place a new order once your refund is processed.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
